Computers with Radeon Graphics Cards Show Black Screen When Connecting

Sometimes the screen is black and sometimes you get one still image of the screen that never updates so moving the mouse moves it on the client's computer but the screenconnect screen is not updated so show the change. Blanking out guest monitor usually works to let me see and control the screen but then the client can't see their screen. We offer screenconnect as a way for client's to access their own computers so this workaround isn't a good option.
