When I take over a remote machine the user on the end cannot see the cursor moving around the screen

Is this happening with an Access, Support, or Meeting session?
What version of ConnectWise Control are you using?
The guest was running Windows 10 Pro, Version 1709 OS build 16299.431
It happens in the Support session
