Host web portal not responding to mouse when selecting options
In the Host window online web portal. When you select an option to change e.g. Edit Sessions you cannot close the opened window as it does not respond. Found this issue in IE11 and FireFox 56.
The only way to exit is to close the browser session/window and start again meanwhile the change you attempted has not been completed.

Just notice guest client is also having this issue when visiting my web portal they also get the mouse pointer not responding to closing the pop up window
Good afternoon,
I don't think I understand exactly what you're describing.
I attempted to reproduce this behavior in IE 11 on a Windows 10 machine; however, I was able to close the "Edit Sessions" modal without issue by clicking the 'X' at the top right corner of the modal. You can also type the escape key to dismiss the "Edit Sessions" modal without saving changes.
If you don't mind, please update this thread with step-by-step replication instructions. Feel free to add an image or two as well, if you believe they would clarify the behavior you're experiencing.
Cheers,
Ben
Hello Ben,
Thank you for your email. When I start a session the following window remains on the web console shown below, which is normal behavior I think. However, I cannot select the X in the window to close it I have to close the complete web page behind. This is the same for any window that pops up and requires me to close using the X it does not respond when I click it
Thank you for the update. What extensions, if any, have you installed on your Control server?
Hi Ben
I found what was causing my problem. I had messed with the base.css file to try and change the background colours on the guest page, as soon as I restored the original everything was as it should be thank you for your assistance tho it was much appreciated.
