Unable to build Access Sessions

Using 6.4.15002.6500 we are unable to create Access Sessions. You can build the installer and run the installer on a any device and the device will never show up in Access Sessions.

We are also unable to install Access Sessions from our Support Sessions.

I wasn't able to replicate this behavior in our test environment using the 6.4.15002 server/client (tested with a cloud instance). Access clients called back to the server after being installed on a variety of guest machines, and support sessions were properly transformed into access sessions after submitting an InstallAccess command from the host page.

At this point, I would suggest reaching out to Control support so that a technician can take a look at your instance and troubleshoot the behavior in more detail: https://www.screenconnect.com/Support



May I ask why this is not considered a bug when the instance is not functioning properly and ConnectWise Support has yet to get back with me regarding this issue?

Ticket number is #9486588. I received an email on Friday, October 20th saying that my ticket was being escalated and I never heard anything else so I sent an email asking for a status update on Tuesday, October 24th and have yet to hear anything back.
