We have enabled the global requirement to force a consent prompt to appear when connecting to Host and Guest Computers.
This prevented us from connecting to Mac Hosts as the "Accept Consent" prompt does not appear on a Mac. The work around for this issue was to adjust the security for to allow connections without consent for each Session Group.
But this issue appears to be occouring for Support Sessions as well for iOS and Android, when you try to connect to the session the message appears "Waiting for consent..." but nothing appears on the users end.
