ConnectWise Control Android App 6.2 crashing

App updated today to the version with the new product name. Now I can no longer connect to any guests as the app crashing with 'Unfortunately, ConnectWise Control has stopped.' All previous versions over the last two years have worked on my devices without this issue.

I have so far been unable to reproduce the app crash in the following environment:

Server: Windows 2008 R2 running Control version 6.0.11622

Host: Motorola Droid Turbo on Android 6 using the latest ConnectWise Control app for Android (6.2.13372)

Guests: Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 10 using 6.0.11622 .NET client

Can you provide any additional information that might help narrow down what's triggering the app crash? For example:

1) Does the app crash when you connect to a guest machine from all devices tested? Which devices have you tested?

2) Does the app crash when you connect to any guest machine, or only certain guest machines?

3) Which extensions have you enabled on your Control server?



After devoting some more time to troubleshoot I discovered that clearing the cache and data solved the issue on all devices. I wonder if this is an issue related to the auto updating from a previous version and not a fresh install.
