
Mobile App Defect
just installed the 6.2 version and running into an issue in the mobile app. Whenever I try to click on my access sessions, the screen just goes white. Can't even use the app anymore!

Please update this thread with the following information:
1) What version of the mobile app are you using (Android or iOS)? Are you using the latest version of the app for your device?
2) Do you have any extensions installed on your instance of ConnectWise Control? If so, do you encounter the same behavior from the mobile app after temporarily disabling all extensions?
3) Are you able to join a session as a guest from your mobile device using the app?

I am marking this thread as not a bug, since we were unable to reproduce the behavior with the provided information.
Please update this post if you continue to have issues viewing access sessions using the latest mobile app and the latest 6.5 release of ConnectWise Control.
