Would like to be able to run a tool as an action based on an event

Hi,

We would like to be able to run a tool as an action based on an event. I.e.: we have a batch file to delete the remote printers that don't always (read: rarely) clean up after we disconnect. It would be great to be able to run said batch file on a 'SessionDisconnected' event.

Thanks

Maybe two folders? One for things to be run on-Connect, and another for on-Disconnect?

Hello Cxgl,

You can do this by installing a simple extension with a DynamicSessionEventTriggerDefinition that executes when a host disconnects from an access session.

Thanks, Kirsten. Does that extension exist? Or are you saying we'd need to build one?

You'd have to build one. This may also only work for Access sessions.
