session group for unread messages

Jacob Kraniak 3 years ago updated by Rishikesh Gajul (Product Manager) 3 years ago 5 2 duplicates

We often see those blue dots appear for messages sent to technicians from end users, but have to hunt and scroll around to find the machine with the unread message.

It would be great if we could have an "unreadMessages" filter for Session Groups, that would contain a list of only machines that have an unread message (blue dot).

Hi Liam,

You can create a session group using the filter UnacknowledgedEventCount > 0 to create a dynamic group of machines with unread messages. Check out the filter reference for other session groups you can create.

Hi B14CK_H4WK,

You can create a session group using the session filter UnacknowledgedEventCount>0, which will filter in all computers with an unread chat message into one group.

Hope this helps!
