Add the feature from Access tab to Support as well. It would be really helpful.
Can you please explain a little more about your request? Currently you can install an access agent from a support session, but other than that, the Support tab has no knowledge of Access sessions.
So when in the access tab, you are allowed to update agents when they are out of date using the "reinstallagent" feature.
I would be really happy to see this feature available in support tab as well.
