automatically copy file on connect
upon a connection being established give the host the option of copying a file automatically to the guest. This would be perfect to copy the SOS agent to the user's desktop for example. I know any file or command can be run manually but i want it to ALWAYS run as soon as a connection is established so the tech doesn't have to do it manually. Logmein has had this feature for over 5 years now.

Hi Dave,
You can set up a trigger to send a file from the Toolbox upon connection to a guest -- see the below for the event filter and Session Event action. Make sure to update the Data field to match the name of the toolbox item.
