Disable "your computer is being controlled by" while keeping tray icon visible

Please add the ability to hide the banner for "your computer is being controlled by..." while still allowing the system tray icon to appear.

This can be done with AccessShowUnderControlBanner or SupportShowUnderControlBanner within app.config set to false.
