Considering for Future Release
Indication of who is controlling the mouse (possibly by color)
Highlighting the mouse in different colors depending who is controlling would help assess who is controlling the action in support session and/or audits.

It would be even better if we could have a feature similar to teams where it shows a picture of the tech controlling the mouse next to it.
Agreed, would be great to see this feature. Our clients love seeing this functionality in MS Teams.
