6.1.12292.6236 No Machine Info

I just upgraded to 6.1.12292.6236 and none of the machine info is being displayed on the Access screen.

Good morning,


Are the access machines themselves calling back to the server? Do you have any extensions enabled?


If you open the browser's developer tools (F12 in Chrome) and refresh the host page, do you see any errors in the Console tab or any non-200 responses for calls to GetHostSessionInfo under the Network tab?

How do I check to see if they are calling back?


The following extensions are installed and Active:

Change Client Service Start to Automatic (5.5+)

Clear Search Box Button

Download Audit Log as CSV

Edit Web.Config AppSettings

Expand and Minimize Host Page Panels

Extension Developer

Invite Host to Session

More Pages

Remote System Diagnostics

ScreenConnector

Turn Notes Into Tickets

Undo End Session


I am getting the following error in the Console tab:


SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'className' of undefined or null reference

Script.ashx (726,2)


All Network tab responses are 200 – OK.

If you disable the More Pages and Turn Notes into Tickets extensions, are you able to view the machine info?
