Windows 7 Access session with screen blank selected

When connected to Windows 7 access session with screen blank option selected, you cannot scroll over taskbar items and select grouped windows. i.e. Outlook open and an email open will group together. With screen blanking selected, I cannot scroll over and select either pane. If I turn off screen blanking, it works as designed.

Is a fix in the works for this known issue?

Also, could you update the official documentation to state that the Blank Screen feature isn't functional in Windows 7?
