6.1.12103.6212 Unable to Edit Role Scoped Permissions in IE 11

Brent Pirolli 3 years ago updated by Ben Burner 3 years ago 3

Using IE 11 on Windows 7 x64, the latest pre-release version 6.1.12103.6212 has broken the ability to edit Scoped Permissions on Roles in the admin area. The left column lists all the scoped permission sets, but the right column is totally blank and clicking on any item on the left doesn't affect anything. It works fine in FF. Good morning,

I was able to reproduce the behavior you describe using IE 11 and our latest development build of ScreenConnect (the behavior does not present itself using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browsers). The issue has been registered with development and is currently under investigation.

Ben
