Feedback Survey

The feedback survey is popping up more than 50% of the time. Almost every time we end a support session it prompts us to do a survey. This is becoming a pain for us and is a severe turn off to the ConnectWise Control software.

Can you confirm you're using the latest pre-release, version 6.1.12054?


We've set the chance of showing the feedback survey upon disconnect to 4%. As such, the chance of encountering the feedback survey 5 or more times out of 10 is very small (it's 0.0022%).

I can confirm we are using 6.1.12054 and that it is more than 4% of our disconnects that we receive a Feedback Survey.

Agreed, this is incredibly frustrating. Please stop. Please do the needful.

We have reduced the chance of displaying the feedback survey form to 1% in 6.2 (please refer to the 6.2 release log). Also, you may disable the feedback survey form entirely by adding the following to your app.config's UserInterfaceSettings section:
