Time Entry API to manage not working (From Control)

I have been using Control for about 2 years now. At the beginning of the year the API stopped working for no known reason. Advised by support we rebuilt the API user account and keys and re set it up. It has only recorded some internal notes about the sessions but does not record a time entry. After revisiting this (10/7/2020) with support there is no resolution so I am entering it as a BUG.
