Believe this is a bug on ScreenConnect_19.4.25308.7190_Debug for ConnectWise Control Cloud. When trying to sign in, it tells you "Invalid credentials. Please try again." and if you try to do a password reset, you get "Reset password failed." I am able to log into it by going to https://cloud.screenconnect.com/#/account and logging in from there, then I'm able to log in.
