Since updating my on-premise server from 6.6 to 6.8 the remote support client downloaded by my client can no longer run the app by double clicking on it as it is blocked by gatekeeper for not having a valid developper signature.

That has been an issue in the past but it had been fixed for a while and it seems it came back with the update.

This is really cumbersome as it adds multiple extra steps to connect to clients.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We're aware of this issue and development has been working to resolve it. I don't have an ETA yet, but I'll update here when the fix is released.
