UAC Prompt not always displaying - 6.4.15083.6507

Hello, 

We recently started deploying Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB version 1607 OS build 14393.1770, and we've noticed that the UAC prompt isn't always displaying in a ScreenConnect session. When an executable is run, the session has the appearance that it has locked up; however, if you blank and un-blank the screen, the prompt will display after several seconds.

This issue should be resolved in the 6.5 release of ConnectWise Control.


Are you still seeing this issue in the latest 6.5 release? Please be advised that you will need to update your clients to version 6.5 in order for the fix to take effect.


If you're still experiencing this issue after upgrading server/clients to 6.5, please update this thread with that information.

We had previously registered an issue with development regarding this behavior. We keep seeing this problem version after version.  It get attention, appears fixed - then rears its ugly head again.


Can you please test each version against this issue?
