Opening Web-Browser on Clients - Throws RA into Blank Screen

Client OS = Win 10Pro 1511 Build 10586.1176


Opening Internet Explorer or Chrome on the Client causes the RA Session to blank the Client's Screen in the session.  So the Host sees the client's Black Screen.  Toggling the ScreenConnect Screen Blanking function corrects the issue.

When we had reports of this behavior in the past, it was remedied by modifying an antivirus setting that prevents remote access sessions from viewing browser windows.


To test this, can you temporarily disable AV on one of the affected machines and retest for the behavior?
