DisconnectSessionConnection causes session to show as disconnected, but does not actually close it

If you call DisconnectSessionConnection on either the Guest or the Host connection (or both), the web interface will show that leg of the connection as no longer connected.  However, the actual control session is still active... the agent can move the mouse and continue controlling the remote computer.
