Authentication Timeout Issue with 6.3

We recently upgraded from v6.2 to v6.3 and noticed that if the timeout occurs via MaxLongestTicketReissueIntervalSeconds, the screen will get an "unknown error" pop up until you forcibly log out and back on to the page.  This only started since 6.3 so i'm guessing there's something to do with the auto-redirection to the login screen that isn't happening.

The behavior described in this post should be resolved in the 6.4 release of ConnectWise Control.

I am having the same issue....  Tried the 24/7 chat support several times this weekend with no luck reaching an agent..... So much for the 24/7 chat support.

The issue described by the OP had been previously registered with development. The fix for the issue is pending QA and should be included in the next release of ConnectWise Control.
