Using 4 digit remote code sometimes can get a duplicate ID
In own environment we use 4 digit connection code in some ocations some code are repeated please use a check to validate if the code is already exists to get another one.

I am going to convert this topic to a feature request since secure code generation currently works as intended (we haven't implemented logic to check for code duplication).
In the meantime, you can reduce the chance of generating duplicate codes by overriding the default value of the SessionPanel.GenerateCodeMask web resource.
For example, ScreenConnect will generate eight-character secure codes composed of six letters and two numbers if you change the SessionPanel.GenerateCodeMask web resource value to A#AAAA#A.
