Add a user forgot password link
Needed a link/option on the login page for users to reset their forms authentication password. .

Much needed feature. Give an option to the end user to reset or request password reset.
YES PLEASE! I take a lot of calls from clients we have connected because they forgot their password. It would also be nice if we also had an option to unlock someone if there were to many failed attempts at login.
So yes PLEASE add a feature to recover password via e-mail.
The absence of a "forgot password" function means the admin has to go in and "reset" the password when the user should be able to request it. I can't recall any system I've used in the last couple of decades that didn't have a password recovery option.
This is most definitely needed. We are operating a system now with 100s of users.
Looking to switch to ScreenConnect from LogMeIn with around 80 users currently and password resetting by users would be a must for us.

Creating a link for password reset helps user to reset their password easily, instead of sending emails to admin or creating a request in service desk and wait for their response.
This option also saves lot of time for Administrators.

In order to reset your password without an administrator, these three conditions must be true:
- An internal user source is enabled
- The internal user source has at least one user
- The internal user source has at least one user with a valid email address
If these conditions aren't met, you won't see the Forgot Password? link.
