The option to create a calendar or time frame to enable the technicians to do remote sessions only during working hours.
It would be nice to have the feature to turn on or off the account of the different users depending on their work schedule.
Meaning that they will not be able to access the account from home or any other place just during business hours.

Hi Jose,
We have an extension called Limited Page Access that will restrict internal users from accessing the instance during a certain time frame. Depending on how you have your internal roles set up, this might be a great solution for you!
