Ability to search by logged in user

Can you tell me a little bit more about your use case for this request? What information are you trying to discern by user? Which sessions they're connected to? Time spent in session? Roles and permissions?

Thanks!

We have an account with 140 or so computer that we manage. We had an incident where a user was having issue's, and could not tell us the name of the computer. I thought, wouldn't it be nice to be able to use the search to look at the "Logged In User" as well. Having to sort thru all 140 computers to find that one logged in user was time consuming.

- The information i was trying to discern was to find the remote host with a specific user logged in.

- They were not connected to a session, the computer is connected with the agent installed, trying to initiate an "Access" of that specific computer.

- About 5 minute when we found the user manually by using the arrow key to cycle thru all the hosts.

- I don't think role or permissions played into this feature request.

Thanks for your quick response! We'll look into this feature request.

I could be misunderstanding what you are saying, but we are currently able to do this now. We are running 6.8, and if a username is populated in the "Logged On User" field of any session type (Meeting, Support, or Access), I am able to just search for their username and find the PC they are on. I use it all the time when a co-worker asks for assistance, and I don't have PC names memorized.
