Session Queue between Departments.

If we are providing technical support and also have a sales department. There should be a queue where sales agents can transfer all their sessions, and sessions can then be picked up by any active technician. Same feature is already used by LogMeIn which we were using in past. However we would be glad to have a similar feature with ConectWise Control.

There is a feature within the application that allows internal users to transfer sessions to other active internal users. Take a look at this article, https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/Get_started/Host_page/Transfer_a_session_to_another_host
All internal users have the group "My Sessions" by default. Once you transfer a session to someone else, it will appear in that group. The field containing the name of the assigned user is called "Host"

Well we are aware of such feature and it works for us. What I meant to say was a Session Queue to which anybody in Sales department can transfer their sessions (not to a particular User/Host). Then the session should be highlighted on all the Hosts logged in for the Technical Support department and anyone can accept the Remote Session. Also, there should be a Sound Alert when a Host gets any remote or the Task Bar Icon of the browser should highlight to alert the HOST of a new remote session being sent to them.
