Partner would like to have audio when recording sessions
Just recorded a critical screenshare today and discovered at playback that the audio is lost. WTF? Why wasn't that considered from the start. I mean really? How many silent screenshares are useful?
So now I need to port the AVI into something and do a voiceover? Please escalate this. And for that matter add the feature that the meeting HOST can record the session? Why should I need to join the meeting from a second client to record? That seems... odd.

Hard to imagine what the plan was that this seemed useful without the audio. Please please move this up the queue
This was requested months ago and still not completed. This is a very high priority in my opinion if you want to beat out the competition. This is not a big enhancement as I'm aware of from working in software. If this is not completed within 3 weeks then you will definitely lose my business as well as many others I'm sure. Please move this to the top of your queue
+1... It seems like all the parts are there but not quite connected. You have VOIP audio and Meetings... why not enable screen recording from the HOST and capture the VOIP audio as well? We'd really like this ability to record tutorials for users or archive webinars.
Must have feature. Need recording option with AUDIO and available in Host panel.

I've been asking on and off over the last year regarding the adding of audio record. As Richard above suggests, this "audio record" would be a very welcomed feature. I've been told that many times its been on the docket for review. I doubt it. If anyone knows a ScreenConnect/ConnectWise competitor that is featuring audio record then please let this board know.

PLAN FASTER... I also requested this a few years ago... as I was sold on the recordings to replace my WEBEX subscription. guess what ?? I STILL HAVE WEBEX.

I've just been asked to look into this. If we can't get the Audio to work with the recordings then we'll have to order GoToMeeting accounts as we want to start recording customer training sessions. I really don't want to go down that path as we managed to get rid of most of the GoToMeeting accounts after we implemented ScreenConnect. So far it has worked flawlessly and covered all of our support/dial in needs perfectly Can someone please let me know how far away this feature is so that we can make a decision on how to proceed?
Does the status change to 'Considering for Furure Release' mean that it has made progress or does that mean it's been put on the back-burner? It definitely seems like there is a lot of demand for this feature looking at the various forum threads.
Happy to do some Beta testing if that helps us get it sooner. :)

We are evaluating this product for our company use. Four our company (we are looking for 10-20 concurrent seats) it is decision making to have this feature of recording the sound along with the video.
Bump. Any update on this. Just been asked to order a license for SnagIt (I assume for recording training sessions). Would much prefer if we can have this all built into the same tool that we use daily for connecting to customer's machines. Please let us know if/when it will be available.
Bump needed for training , meetings, and auditing. Preferably with ring central integration they have open API as well as call recording.
It has been 3-years since this request went in, to stay competitive in the market you need to be looking at rolling out this functionality. There is no point being able to record a meeting if there is no audio.
I am in Full agreement with Rob on this. Without Audio there almost like you do not have recording ability at all.
I needed it today, and found that i can't even record the meeting out of the box! having a selfhosted solution on a linux server.
Wonder why it has been 3 years, and still not implemented.
I want to be able to record the meeting as documentation and for later send it to the clients.
Having the ability to merge the audio into the recordings will help increase the value of the screen recordings immensely. Hopefully this gets more traction than "Considering for Future Release" soon.
When recording we expect to be able to record Audio.. What's the point to record if you're not able to record the audio.That is now 6 years that this request as been asked and no changes have been done? I think that must have a bigger priority in your lists.
