Ability to stop users from kicking other users off of a support session

Available in Version:

Hi Keith,

Are the users you're referring to hosts/internal users?

Internal users - if one of my staff is connected to a client - another staff can kick them off of the without warning.

The permission tied to this action is EndSession. If you were to remove this permission from the user's role then he/she would not be able to kick others out of sessions.

https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/Get_started/Knowledge_base/Disconnect_a_participant_from_a_session

that seems a little silly to have those two tied together.  kicking a host/internal user off of a connection is different then ending a session - they should really be separated .  Id like my techs to be able to end sessions but not kick each other off of connections
