Can you have all support sessions removed at a time of the day?
Partner says connections remain open after a technician is finished with a client. They are not ending the sessions

This isn't possible by time of day, but we can perform this function based on idle time. The adjustment has to be made to this line in the web.config file: <add key="InputIdleDisconnectTimeSeconds" value="3600" /> in version 5.6.
Sorry for the confusion.
The partner has outstanding support sessions open at the end of the day. He would like all support sessions ended at a certain time of the day.
Not just disconnected but actually ended
This feature should be available in 6.0/6.1
