Integration with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

Please look into building a plugin for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (on-premise). It looks like there is a way to build a custom remote tool plug-in within the ServiceDesk web interface, I just don't know how to make it work with ScreenConnect.

I have been attempting to accomplish this by trying to adapt information found in this article: http://forum.screenconnect.com/yaf_postst301_Command-line-to-join-an-unattended-session-as-Host.aspx

I have not yet been successful. In case it may be helpful, the following picture shows the available options when attempting to add a custom remote tool in ServiceDesk Plus:
