Please modify the chat interface so the remote access control user cannot accidentally enter chat text in to the guest chat box
Its way too confusing when your connected to a host session and you are chatting with the guest user... which box to enter chat text... it cant be just me that almost always accidentally enters my chat into the guest chat box. Its one thing that the guest doesn't see or ack the chat initiation but the ability to accidentally enter text into wrong box seems like a bigger issue.
Add "Advanced Features" such as Copy and Paste to role-based settings
We would like to have certain Advanced Settings such as the ability to copy and paste be allowed for certain roles but not others, such that it is not a global setting for everyone.

Add a full linux remote probe the same at the windows remote probe.
additional SessionType='Get Host Pass'
add the Session Type Get Host Pass as an own Session.SessionType.
currently is complex to filter between Access Sessions and Sessions which are created via Get Host Pass

Add the ability to pin chats
Would be handy if you could pin multiple chat's to your main window.
At the moment you just have to open the chat then wait for the person to reply before moving on, it would be good if you could send the chat, minimize the window and move on while waiting for their response.
Disk sizes and manufacturer/model in session group filters, percentage free, SMART status, etc.
We filter systems by OS, memory size, memory free.
It would be very useful to filter a group by disk % free to know if we should try to cleanup temp files/etc, let our clients know it is time to upgrade disks.
Disk manufacturer/model would also be useful.
SMART status would be very useful, help us detect predictive failures.
create the ability to block meeting, support, Host Pass sessions on special devices
Situation:
We have dedicated machines, with sensitive date - where it should be able to Block Sessions such as Support, Meeting and Get HostPass only Access Sessions should be allowed.
Should be controlled via a dedicated Session Group:
Clients which are within those Session Group should block those access - even if it´s possible due to any permission witin the roles model.

Goal: increase security of ConnectWise Control in Public hosted pages
ability to disable Login on Startpage on the top right corner
Disable public login capabilities so it´s not possible to request the Login Mask.
Currently this is done within the Default.Master xml - but should be available within a setting
